Temperature of Quantum Walks

EasyChair Preprint no. 2471

9 pagesDate: January 27, 2020

Abstract

In [1] the Quantum Walk was used to discuss the possibility of introducing the concept of temperature for an isolated quantum system that evolves in a composite Hilbert Space. Concomitantly, because of its large application on the development and optimization of quantum algorithms, new types of Quantum Walks have been studied. Here we discuss the meaning of temperature and thermodynamic equilibrium in Quantum Walks.
