Abstract

This study delves into the theoretical patterns of recruitment inefficiency within Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Examining the intricate interplay of factors contributing to inefficiencies in SME recruitment processes, the research sheds light on the challenges and potential solutions. Employing a qualitative approach, the study analyzes existing theoretical frameworks to establish a comprehensive understanding of recruitment inefficiency in the context of SMEs.
