Technology of Hop Cultivation in the Chuvash Republic

Abstract

The national economic significance of hop is determined by the fact that hop raw material is obligatory and irreplaceable in brewing. In addition, it is used in medicine, baking and perfumery industries. While earlier hops were grown in 11 regions of the Russian Federation, but now only in the Chuvash Republic, Mari El and the Altai territory.
