According to the randomized blocks trial design, increasing doses of N in 28 locations containing different soil nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N) in dry conditions (0, 3, 6, 9, 12 kg N da-1) and in aqueous conditions (0, 2, 4, 6, 12 and 24 kg N da-1) were applied in the form of urea (46% N). As a result of the research, statistically significant relationships were determined between the NO3-N content of the experimental site soils and the product increase of wheat. Considering these relationships, the Mitscherlich-Bray equation for bread wheat plant grown on soils in dry conditions log (413-y) = log 143-b1*0.184-0.170*x 8 kg or more of NO3-N in soils and log in irrigated conditions. (624-y) = log 143-b1*0.377-0.068*x It has been determined to provide increases in product if it is 18 kg or more. Keyphrases: Ekmeklik buğday, kalibrasyon, NO3--N, organik madde, ürün artışı
