The researcher introduced the electroluminescent wire into the courses in the workshop, which combined with the action research in teaching. Through the students’ creative thinking, they developed practical work operations and drills. The students self-explored the design process and the application and development of optical media; they also enhanced their concepts of "spontaneous," "interactive" and "common good" in the workshop. Through the above research concepts, the students developed the competency of self-learning and promoted the interaction, growth, and development in the peer groups. Based on the design results of the workshop, the research result was as follows: based on the literacy orientation of the 108 new curriculum, the researcher used interdisciplinary and independent learning teaching methods enriched students' creative performance and enhanced their abilities of oral presentation. At the end of the workshop, the researcher displayed the student’s works and supervised their affective cognition of the works at the same time. This action research finally improved the teaching effectiveness of the researcher, constructed the interdisciplinary teaching experience, and enhanced the professional growth of the teacher.
