Interconnection Between Human’s Psychological Elements and Their Influential Mediums and Channels Are Potential Accelerators to Comprehend People’s Inclination Towards Autonomous Vehicles

EasyChair Preprint no. 6148

Abstract

Autonomous vehicle improvements involve overcoming technology barriers to AV readiness. However, the question arises of acceptance and people's willingness (APW). As a response, we seek to streamline interdependency between psychological elements and how people receive the information. The study resulted in a theoretical comparative estimation table (CET) and CET Hierarchical Concept Map. We believe the study puts psychological elements into consideration for tackling challenges of APW of AVs.

Keyphrases: Acceptance, autonomous vehicles, human aspects, Psychology, willingness
